My online coaching system is designed to give you everything you would get from an in-person personal trainer, and more. I provide personalised training programs and individual nutrition coaching designed specifically to you and your needs, as well as the support and accountability needed to ensure you reach your goals.
Yes, I always consider your level of experience and individual circumstances to meet you exactly where you’re at on your journey.
One of the benefits of working with a coach as a beginner is that it removes the guesswork and allows you to follow tried and tested methodologies that have already been proven to work.
You’ll get one formal check in with me per week which is done through a video response or written message. This will include an overview of all your weekly data, any exercise form check videos, and an opportunity to map out what the week ahead looks like to pre-empt any obstacles.
I will also go through any adjustments that have been made to your training program or nutrition targets and explain the reasons why.
It’s beneficial if you have access to a fully equipped gym as this allows for a wider range of equipment and training options.
Having said that, many people I work with choose to train from home and I can build you a program based around whatever you have available. I can also advise on any equipment you might need to purchase to build a home workout space if needed.
Many of my clients travel extensively for work or business, which makes online coaching a no-brainer. I can adapt your programming to suit your travel schedule and help you best navigate your training and nutrition on the go.
Alongside the formal weekly check-ins, you will have the ability to message me directly through the messenger feature in your custom app. If something needs a bit more in-depth conversation, I’m always happy to set up a call.
No, sessions are not done via any form of video call.
Your program will be delivered through my custom-built app, with a full breakdown of your workouts including video demonstrations and the ability to track and record every detail. I will receive live feedback from each of your sessions to allow me to monitor your progress.
The coaching goes far beyond just the workouts themselves; I am here to support you through every aspect of your journey to help you maximize every aspect of your life, not just training instruction.
Only if I feel like you really need it. Nutrition plans is they tend to be boring and repetitive, and they don’t teach you anything about a sustainable long term approach to healthy eating.
We will start initially with a calorie and protein target. From there, we can get more specific with the macronutrient breakdowns further down the line if needed.
My goal is to educate you on what food your body needs and in what amounts so you can gain and maintain your ideal shape, for life.
Payments will be made online through Stripe.
You will have the option to pay upfront or as a 4 weekly rolling plan.
Either way you will receive an online invoice from me, and once the payment is processed will receive immediate access to your training app and Members Lab.
